🔧 Core Responsibilities
Develop WASP’s non-custodial wallet with cross-chain and staking support.
Enable Ethereum, Solana, BTC, and stablecoin integrations.
Implement NFT-based access, TAT transfers, and secure identity linkage.
Coordinate with DevOps and Smart Contract teams for audit compliance.
Enable in-app wallet use with NTAT-based micro-rewards and zero-gas design.
Contribute meaningfully to the MVP development and ecosystem infrastructure.
Collaborate across teams to ensure secure, scalable, and efficient delivery.
Operate within an agile, decentralized structure with minimal oversight and high autonomy.
Uphold mission-aligned decision-making with emphasis on data privacy, digital integrity, and public accountability.
Log work transparently using Clockify for tracking eligible contributions and retroactive compensation.
Attend scheduled contributor syncs and engage through Slack and other team tools.
💸 Compensation Structure
Current Phase: Pre-revenue | Pro bono contributor roles
Post-Revenue Opportunity (as outlined in Our Contributor Offer Letter):
🕓 Retroactive Compensation: $1,250/week equivalent (max 48 weeks/year) for time-logged contributors (minimum: 4 hrs/day, 5 days/week).
💰 Bonus Opportunities: For under-budget project success or mission-critical deliverables.
🪙 Equity Staking: Contributors earn Time Allocation Tokens (TAT) — a transferable stake in the WASP platform’s profit-sharing ecosystem.
💼 Path to Paid Role: Eligible for full-time employment or DAO-voted paid position post-revenue..
