Your personal information may be used to fulfill future KYC/AML or SEC compliance should WASP or Green-Tank proceed with formal registration as a Security Token Offering (STO) or equivalent.
You agree to abide by the investment exit structure (3x, 5x, and mandatory 10x) and acknowledge that TAT liquidity is contingent on platform revenue and compliance clearance.
